By default, the Lync Server 2013 bring the stored picture in Active Directory.
The problem occurs when the conference is established, the photo shown is very ugly.
Set-CsArchivingConfiguration -EnableExchangeArchiving $true
New-CsPartnerApplication -MetaDataUrl https://autodiscover.ucsteps.com/autodiscover/metadata/json/1 -ApplicationTrustLevel Full
Set-CsOAuthConfiguration -Identity Global -ExchangeAutodiscoverUrl https://autodiscover.ucsteps.com/autodiscover/autodiscover.svc
Now, on Exchange 2013 Server, open PowerShell as Administrator;
Set-UserPhoto “Thiago” -PictureData ([System.IO.File]::ReadAllBytes(“C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop\hd1.jpg”))
So, my client was with the old photo…
The photo will update, don’t need log out and log in…
Now, i will start a conference with two users with ad photo and three users with HD photo…. Let’s see the difference…
Thanks for your time!
Enjoy the new HD pictures now!!
