To connect the Office 365 through PowerShell, first you need install the Microsoft Online Services Sign-in Assistant for IT Professionals RTW here. After install it, please, install Azure Active Directory Module for Windows PowerShell 32 bit or 64bit
After it, you can connect to Office 365 with Azure Active Directory Modules.
