In the last days, we found a problem.. simple but boring when occurs.
Unable to find a potentially matching regex
We checked the dial plan, routes, and so on, but all was ok.
With Snooper, you can see the follow picture….
So, when this occurs, go to check the replication between the servers with Get-CsManagementStoreReplicationStatus
Yes, the servers did not do the task…. :p
Then, run Invoke-CsManagementStoreReplication… and wait a few seconds…
Finally, check again the status…Get-CsManagementStoreReplicationStatus
Logoff and login in Lync/Skype for Business client and enjoy!
